  • What exactly is a charcuterie bar?
    Our charcuterie bar is a fully styled, interactive food experience where your guests build their own perfect board from a curated spread of cheeses, meats, crackers, and accompaniments. It's like a grazing table- but colder, fresher, prettier, and way more fun!
  • What's included when I book the charcuterie bar?
    Every booking includes travel, setup, styling, locally sourced ingredients, cold holding trays to keep food fresh, serving utensils, signage, optional engraved boards for your event, and 2 hours of service by our charcuterie attendants, who keep the bar stocked and the guests happy. It's hands-off for you so that you can enjoy your event.
  • Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary preferences?
    Yes! The bar is designed so that nothing touches until your guests choose it- making it safe for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and nut-free guests. We work with you to customize the menu ahead of time, and at the event, your guests pick their plate based on this menu.
  • How do I book the bar?
    You can book the bar by submitting a booking inquiry form here. After your form is submitted, we will contact you to discuss the details of your event and give you a custom quote. Another option is to book a vision call where we can dive right into the details and get you on the calendar right away. A deposit of $250 secures your date. A month before your event, we will finalize menu details and guest count with you, and the remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your event date. After this, you can sit back, relax, and we will take care of the rest!
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance for weekend events, and even farther in advance during the summer season. That said, always feel free to reach out- we may have last-minute availability!
  • Do you travel off-Cape?
    We're based on Cape Cod and currently serve the Cape and surrounding areas. For off-Cape events, we may be able to accommodate with a travel fee- just send us a message to ask! For events on Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, the cost of the car ferry required to transport our team and equipment will be added to your final invoice.
  • What is the cost to book the mobile charcuterie bar?
    The price is based on guest count and starts at $25/person with a minimum of 20 guests. Every event is a little different- reach out and we'll build something just right for you.
  • How do you keep the charcuterie cold?
    Our mobile charcuterie bar is equipped with cold-holding trays that we fill with ice. This keeps your charcuterie fresh and cold for the entire event.
  • What if I want the bar for longer than 2 hours?
    You are able to book the bar for additional time with an add-on fee.
  • How do you get the charcuterie bar to my event?
    Our charcuterie bar is completely collapsible, and we bring it directly to your event and set it up on-site. No mess, no stress.
  • What happens to leftover food?
    We aim to minimize waste by building and restocking as needed throughout your event- not all at once like a traditional board. We also package up anything leftover for you at the end of the night if you'd like to keep it. Ask us about to-go boxes for your guests as party favors!
