I grew up on Cape Cod, and like many others, I didn’t fully realize just how special of a place it was until I left. After traveling across the world, I found myself drawn back to the Cape and everything that makes it so unique, from the ocean air to the community and the slower, more intentional way of living. Returning home made me want to build something rooted right here that celebrates it all.

The name Cured by the Cape is not only a playful nod to charcuterie but an homage to Cape Cod itself. It reflects not only what we serve, but where we’re from and the place that continues to inspire everything we do.

What started as a creative passion has grown into something so much bigger than I could have imagined. Along the way, we’ve found a beautiful and supportive community that has been one of the most meaningful parts of this journey.

Behind the scenes, you’ll often find my fiancé, Mike, right alongside me serving up cheese with a smile (and probably a cheesy joke to go along with it).
